Slow and steady now
I am continuing my weight loss journey and am happy to report I've lost another 2.4 pounds. I lost six pounds the first week, five the second and just over two the third. Weight Watchers says a healthy weight loss is about two pounds per week after the first two or three. I hope my body is beginning to get used to this new way of eating and being healthier. I am getting settled and am enjoying the challenge that lies ahead. It will be a long one, but I am anxious to continue the positive results.
