Weight Losing
I am thrilled to announce my great start last week continued this week and I lost another five pounds! I can only hope this trend continues and I will continue to work hard to make sure it does. Hooray for me!
Yes! I've lost 11 pounds so far!

Why, Thank You!
I must confess, it hasn't been nearly as hard as I would have thought (or made it out to seem) for the past, oh, decade. Having said that, I am told the first two to three weeks is mostly water loss and accounts for the quick weight loss, then it slows down. WW tells me I should be losing about two pounds per week.
The hard part will be to step up the activity level. Not only will I be healthier for it, but it will keep the weight coming off and hopefully at more than two pounds per week (I'd like to double that number). I would be thrilled to lose about 15 pounds per month? Is that too much?

At first, 15 lbs is reasonable at first, but it will plateau soon after, so don't be discouraged if it doesn't come off that fast throughout your process. After the first couple of months, 8-10 lbs a month is more reasonable, often to the lower side.
