Movin' on up...

No, I didn't just win the lottery or Megabucks, however, I have made great progress with my flight lessons. Today I completed flight #6, and my instructor gave me the FAA Pre-Solo written test to complete over the next few days...indicating I will be soloing soon! Now that's exciting! The lessons have been a lot fun, and I really like my instuctor. We seem to get along well, and he gives compliments often, which are very much required. You need to know you are doing the right thing and the right way. I have five more lessons this week, so I will be learning a lot.

Otherwise, I am working on my school work. It's so odd to be in school again, with deadlines and tests to prepare for, but hey, I want to do this, right? Yes, of course. It has been a long time coming, but it's hard to get back in the routine. I don't know if I was ever really in the routine before. Hmm...something to ponder. This time, however, I am looking forward to the classes and the information that I will learn in them. It should be a lot of fun.

And since I have a shit load of work to do, both for flying and for school, I better stop writing and get my ass in gear. Toodles!
