I am sure many of you have heard the news...

American announced today another round of layoffs affecting about 7,000 employees company wide. The flight attendant group, in particular, will lose about 2,550 more positions. Now, these 2,550 won't be lost entirely through layoffs. They may be accomplished through a combination of leaves, retirements and furloughs. So, the big question, "Will Kevin still have a job?" Well, although I am not certain, I believe I am high enough on the totem poll to beat this latest round of layoffs. Apprently, all affected employees will know by October. It's another wait and see. Of course, I will keep you all posted.
