Yeah, I am home again at last! Being gone for a week like that gets old, quick. I am off now until Friday, so I plan on cooking some delights this week. I am trying a new recipe tonight I hope to adapt from my favorite resteraunt in New York City, Southwest 44. It's a pasta dish that includes penne pasta in an olive oil sauce with chicken, spinach, mushrooms and goat cheese. If it all works out well, I will add it to my recipe page. Tomorrow night we are having good 'ol tacos, Wednesday night we are going to have chicken lettuce wraps and wonton soup and Thursday we will have chicken fajitas with a mango salsa.

If anyone wants to come on over, just let me know. I need to be able to prepare enough!

The rest of our living room furniture arrived today! Now we have a sofa, love seat, over stuffed chair and ottoman, two end tables and a coffee table. Now, I just need to figure out how to lay it out. The over stuffed chair and ottoman may end up in our bedroom. We'll see.

I have several errands to run today, including getting my car lubed and smogged. I need to find a dry cleaner, and I need to go grocery shopping so I can cook all this yummy stuff this week. And, I need to stop by the post office. Ugh!
